By creating an account on SMS you agree to these terms. You must give correct details and keep your login safe.

2. Messages you send

You are responsible for the content of your messages. Spam, fraud, illegal or offensive content is not allowed and can lead to your account being closed without a refund.

3. Sender IDs

Sender IDs must belong to you or your business. Networks may reject a sender ID; approval times are set by the networks.

4. Wallet and payments

Messages are paid from your wallet. Funds added to the wallet are used for sending and are not refundable as cash, except where the law requires it.

5. Delivery

We send every message to the networks quickly, but delivery also depends on the network and the phone of the receiver.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices. The latest version is always on this page.
